Job Summary
Sagar Developers is looking for enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Telecallers to join our Sales Team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining real estate projects and coordinating site visits with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing and offers.
- Generate, qualify and maintain sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and calling records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer handling.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, lead and site-visit targets.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers to 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Real Estate, Sales or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi, and English.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Real Estate Sales.
- Candidates from nearby Vasai/Virar/Nalasopara locations will be preferred.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Training: Product & Sales training will be provided.
Salary may vary based on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
