About the Role:-
Miss Claire Cosmetics is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and e-commerce financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, statutory compliance, and marketplace accounting, with the ability to manage reconciliations across multiple online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform month-end and year-end book closing activities.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payment gateways, commissions, returns, refunds, and deductions.
- Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain financial documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounting and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of settlement reports, payment gateway reconciliation, returns, and inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
