Job Title: Marketing Executive / Manager – Civil & PEB Construction
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Company Overview:
We are a growing construction company specializing in Civil Works and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), delivering industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Gujarat and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads for civil construction and PEB projects
- Identify and approach potential clients such as industrial units, warehouses, factories, developers, and consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural consultants, and project managers
- Handle tender inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical team for submissions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities
- Promote company services through site visits, meetings, presentations, and digital platforms
- Manage branding activities including brochures, presentations, and online presence
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in construction / PEB / industrial project marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of construction processes and industrial projects
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Familiarity with tendering process is preferred
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) is an advantage

Salary:
As per industry standards + performance incentives
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad and surrounding industrial areas is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
