We are hiring a results-driven Study Abroad Counselor whose primary responsibility is to call prospective student leads and convert them into enrolled students. This is a high-energy, target-oriented role that combines telecalling with education counseling. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator in English and Malayalam, thrives under targets, and knows how to build trust over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from digital campaigns, website enquiries, social media, education fairs, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand each student's academic background, career aspirations, budget, and preferred destination within the first conversation.
- Pitch relevant university programs and countries (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, etc.) with confidence and clarity.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
