Seeking an experienced Rust Developer with 6 years of expertise in backend and API development to join our Bangalore team
Job Description
Develop and maintain highperformance backend services using Rust Design build and optimize APIs to ensure seamless integration with frontend and thirdparty systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features Write clean scalable and efficient code following best practices Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications for improved performance Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the technology stack Ensure security and data protection throughout the development lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead backend development efforts using Rust focusing on reliability and scalability Design RESTful APIs and ensure their robust implementation and documentation Collaborate with product managers QA engineers and other developers to deliver highquality software Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements Maintain code repositories and ensure proper version control practices Advocate for best practices in software development and continuous improvement
