About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at MCU Creations. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services and event opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Explain our events, exhibitions, sponsorship opportunities, and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and event team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil and English communication is preferred.
- Hindi/Malayalam knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
