Core Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and research potential B2B clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage leads from initial contact through qualification (using methods like BANT or SPIN), product demos, proposal, and closing.
- Virtual Selling: Conduct online product presentations, demos, and walkthroughs using video conferencing tools.
- Pipeline & CRM: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all activities and deal stages in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams for alignment and smooth handoffs.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SaaS or inside sales.
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and a target-driven attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical software solutions.
