Education, Experience Any graduate
Strong hands on experience in IR
7-8 years work experience - plant level IR and HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Contract labour management (recruitment, statutory compliances etc)
- Contractor legal compliances
- Handling / deployment of workers, setting up shift schedules, organizing training of workers
- Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, salary and wage payments
- Grievance handling / management - resolving conflicts between workers, supervisors, contractors Overall housekeeping and maintenance of plant premises.
- Observing health and safety practices in the company. Upkeep and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Liaisoning with local government agencies / authorities as required (labour office, factory inspector office, Electricity Board, Gas Supply, GPCB)
- Handle legal matters Conduct and organize training activities. Prepare and maintain training records
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
