About the Role
Websterile Technologies is looking for an experienced International Calling Executive to support business development and lead generation activities in international markets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience communicating with overseas customers, possess excellent English communication skills, and be confident engaging with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets
- Introduce company services and solutions
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Build relationships with prospects and handle initial inquiries professionally
- Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or B2B sales
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral to North American-style communication skills preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
