About the Role
We are hiring Guest Relation Executives for a leading VR Technology Company. The selected candidates will be deployed at a 5-star partner hotel to deliver immersive Virtual Reality (VR) Darshan experiences and promote the company's VR offerings to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage hotel guests professionally.
- Introduce and demonstrate the VR Darshan experience.
- Promote and sell VR experience packages to guests.
- Assist guests in operating VR equipment and ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with hotel staff for smooth guest service.
- Maintain daily sales and guest interaction records.
- Ensure proper handling and upkeep of VR devices.
Requirements
- BHM graduate or candidates with hotel industry experience.
- Prior experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality preferred.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Well-groomed with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a 5-star hotel will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
