Business Development Manager (Property Management) – WilloStays
WilloStays, a premier property management firm specializing in high-end holiday homes across India, is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead our portfolio expansion.
This is a field-intensive role for a professional who enjoys being on the move, meeting property owners, and discovering the next "gem" for our curated collection.
The Role
Unlike a desk job, this position is for a "feet-on-the-street" closer. You will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition of premium properties. You will travel extensively to meet high-net-worth property owners, inspect luxury sites, and negotiate management contracts on behalf of WilloStays.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify and secure premium holiday homes that meet WilloStays’ elite standards.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with property owners to deliver persuasive pitches and build long-term trust.
- Extensive Fieldwork: Travel to various locations for site inspections and client consultations as required.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process to finalize property management agreements and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Market Research: Continuously scan local and regional markets to stay ahead of high-value real estate trends.
Requirements
- Travel Readiness: Full-time travel is a mandatory requirement. You must be comfortable traveling to different locations frequently for client meets and site visits.
- Driving Skills: A valid driver's license and proficiency in driving are essential for navigating various property locations.
- Linguistic Excellence: Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is required for effective client communication.
- Experience: 1+ years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Luxury Sales. (High-potential freshers with exceptional communication may be considered).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building, and basic technical knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Longevity: We are specifically looking for long-term candidates committed to growing with the brand.
Work Environment & Location
- Base Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi (In-Person reporting when not in the field).
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Day Shift).
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
