We are looking for a visionary and experienced FCC Domain Head to lead our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Compliance technology functions at our brand-new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai. In this strategic role, you will build and scale a high-performing team from scratch, drive innovation, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of critical KYC, AML, and screening platforms across our APAC branches.
- Team Building & Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor the CLM and AML technology teams within the new GCC setup.
- Project Delivery: Lead the implementation and rollout of major compliance platforms, including Fenergo (CLM) and NetReveal (Name Screening), across APAC jurisdictions.
- Stakeholder & Budget Management: Partner with regional leadership to define project scope, estimate budgets, allocate resources, and map out timelines.
- Platform & Operations Management: Oversee system enhancements, monitor SLAs, address technology obsolescence, and ensure platform availability and performance.
- Risk & Compliance: Support IT audits, manage Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, and maintain strict project governance and documentation.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery standards.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1218 years of proven experience in financial technology, specifically within CLM, KYC, AML, and Name Screening.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-jurisdiction technology projects and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in compliance tech solutions. Direct experience with Fenergo and/or NetReveal is highly advantageous.
- Environment: Prior experience working within a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or a similar global matrix environment is preferred.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
