Roles and Responsability
- Floor Operations: Execute daily production schedules, assign tasks to workers, and ensure assembly lines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Team Management: Train, schedule, and motivate shift personnel. Address performance issues, and ensure all team members adhere to attendance policies.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor products for defects to meet company and customer specifications. Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily production logs, material usage records, and efficiency reports. Communicate equipment or scheduling discrepancies to the Production Manager.
- Troubleshooting: Identify production bottlenecks, assist with equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick repairs.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in a manufacturing or supervisory environment (fresh graduates with strong leadership capabilities often qualify for entry-level assistant roles).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physical & Work Environment: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying shift patterns, and perform hands-on work on the production floor when necessary.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
