Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new markets, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Lead and manage the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize business agreements.
- Travel to meet clients and expand the company's customer base.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience:-
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team.
