Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading job portals and be confident in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accuracy.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
