Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, agreements, and registration processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or direct sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
