Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain Techfinitys' services and growth solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain sales records and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with strong convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Business Services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to earn through performance.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
Salary Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
