India Tech System and Forms is an established IT hardware and solutions company based in Kochi, dealing in computers, laptops, printers, accessories, and related services. We serve both business and individual clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle lead generation, follow-ups, and social media-based sales activities. The candidate will also be supported with lead sourcing tools and internal data to improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Generate new leads through online and offline sources
- Work on company-provided leads and convert them into sales
- Handle incoming inquiries and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow-ups & Client Handling:
- Regular follow-up with potential and existing customers
- Communicate via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
Social Media & Digital Activities:
- Handle and convert leads from Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Assist in posting product updates and promotional content
- Respond to social media inquiries professionally
Data Management & Coordination:
- Maintain proper records of leads and customers
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Interest in sales and marketing
- Ability to handle customers and close deals
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales/marketing/tele-calling is an advantage
- Experience in IT products or electronics sales is a plus
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
