City Head – Pune | Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced City Head to lead and drive the real estate business for Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, sales strategy, revenue generation, team leadership, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business and revenue growth for Pune.
- Develop and execute city-level sales and business strategies.
- Lead and mentor sales and business development teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive project sales.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development.
- Proven experience in leading city-level sales/business operations.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
