VIDEO EDITORS
We're looking for a creative Video Editor who doesn't just cut clips but knows how to tell stories that capture attention and keep people engaged.

Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, & other digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music where required.
- Create clean, accurate, and engaging subtitles/captions.
- Color correct and color grade videos to maintain a premium look.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Optimise videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and composition.
- Excellent storytelling and pacing skills.
- Experience creating videos that retain audience attention.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Ability to create professional subtitles and captions.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio balancing.
- Understanding of color correction and color grading.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and current editing trends.
- Ability to work with motion graphics and basic animations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of AI editing tools is a plus (CapCut AI, Premiere AI, Runway, Descript, etc.).
- Portfolio showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.
