We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning programs that keep children naturally engaged and curious.
- Use creative teaching aids and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable.

- Ensure that all activities adhere to the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Encourage children to communicate, collaborate, and build social competence.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and heard.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between children in a calm and constructive manner.
- Communicate with parents as needed to discuss concerns, progress, and updates.
- Maintain close observation of children to understand their individual needs and behaviors.
- Track and document each child’s developmental progress and share insights with parents.
- Collaborate effectively with other educators and staff members at the centre.
- Engage with parents to better understand each child’s background and upbringing.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
