Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government and private tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical and commercial information.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, and performance guarantees.
- Prepare quotations, bids, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
- Follow up on bid status and maintain client communication.
- Assist in contract documentation and post-award activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tender management or bid coordination.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
