Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management
- Receive and inspect spare parts, consumables, lubricants, and workshop materials.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Issue parts against job cards and maintain issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of parts and materials.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving inventory.
Billing & Documentation
- Generate customer estimates and final invoices.
- Prepare job card-wise billing.
- Ensure correct labor and spare parts billing.
- Maintain customer billing records and payment status.
- Process insurance and cashless repair documentation.
- Coordinate with service advisors for billing closure.
- Handle GST-related billing documentation.
Vendor & Purchase Support
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement.
- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
- Verify purchase invoices and delivery challans.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Reporting
- Prepare daily stock movement reports.
- Generate billing and revenue reports.
- Report inventory shortages and discrepancies.
- Maintain workshop MIS records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST invoicing.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma (Any Stream).
- Experience in automobile workshop/store preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
