Job Summary
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. The role involves managing patient registrations, appointments, inquiries, admissions, billing coordination, and ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining hospital policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Reception & Registration
- Welcome patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Verify patient details and required documentation.
- Guide patients regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments regarding patient appointments.
- Maintain appointment records accurately.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide information regarding hospital services and facilities.
- Coordinate with various departments for patient assistance and smooth operations.
Billing & Administrative Support
- Assist patients with billing-related queries.
- Maintain records, forms, and reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of patient information.
Customer Service
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach toward patients and attendants.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and record management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospital Administration, Front Office Management, or related field is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in hospital front office operations preferred.

Working Hours
