About the Role
DPlus Diagnocare is looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to expand our network of diagnostic labs, hospitals, and healthcare partners. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and onboard B2B clients, including diagnostic labs, hospitals, and clinics.
- Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities for business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare partners.
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and submit regular activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
