3–5 years of experience in Chit Companies / NBFC / Finance sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overall branch operations, including supervision and control of branch staff
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, including drafting and finalizing terms and conditions
- Review and analyze financial reports, and recommend improvements to enhance business operations
- Develop and present business proposals to prospective clients to acquire new business
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with management to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
