Position: Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails, couriers, and documents.
- Provide administrative support to different departments.
- Maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the concerned person.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with vendors and office staff for daily operations.
- Manage office supplies and stationery stock.
- Prepare basic reports and perform data entry tasks. These duties are commonly associated with receptionist/front-desk roles
