- Manage, monitor, and optimize next-generation wireline and fiber-optic networks to ensure maximum uptime, seamless transmission, and rapid fault resolution.
- Proficiency in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, link performance testing, and live alarm analysis.
- Handle L1/L2 engineering escalations, resolve fiber link failures, and fix latency or transmission bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with field teams and external maintenance partners to resolve pending network faults within strict Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Ensure network uptime aligns rigorously with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong grip on Fiber optics, and optical transport systems (DWDM, MPLS).
- Monitor wireline network performance, bandwidth capacity, and node health using advanced Network Management Systems (NMS).
