Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Manager who will own and drive recruitment end-to-end across all hospital functions. The role requires high-speed execution, strong follow-ups, and consistent closures.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle hiring for all roles:
- Nurses, RMOs
- Reception / Front Office
- Sales (Field / Calling)
- Operations / Admin
- Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Use platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Apna
- Build strong daily candidate pipeline
- Drive employee referral programs
- Develop local hiring sources (institutes, agents)
3. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Ensure quality candidate shortlist, not just volume
4. Closure & Joining Management
- Ensure offer rollout and acceptance
- Strong follow-up to ensure candidate joining
- Handle drop-offs proactively
5. Team Management (if applicable)
- Manage HR recruiters / coordinators
- Track team performance on:
- Calls
- Interviews
- Offers
- Joinings
6. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain daily hiring tracker
- Share reports on:
- Open roles
- Closures
- Pipeline status
- Drop-offs
- Identify gaps and take corrective action
7. Process Improvement
- Improve hiring speed and efficiency
- Standardize interview and selection processes
- Ensure better offer-to-joining conversion

Experience
- 4–8 years in recruitment
- Preference: Healthcare / hospital hiring OR high-volume hiring background

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
