Required Technical Skill Set
1.Strong functional background and understanding of Payments Processing both international and domestic clearing. This is in the interbank payments space (e.g. payments like RTGS , NEFT , IMPS , SWIFT ,SEPA , CHIPS , FEDWIRE , BACS , NACH , NACHA , FPS , BACS , CHAPS , SIC , CBPR+ ..)
2. Experience on ISO20022 Payments standards
3. Experience on difference scheme of products – Real Time Payments, Credit Transfers , Bill Payments , Direct Debits; Credit Card / Debit card payments
4. Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)
5. Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
6. Experience of working in Payments Processing in a Bank or in Payments Processing Products ( FIS , FISERV , Finastra , ACI , Temenos , Finacle, Bottomline , Intellect Design Arena, Tsys , Logica, CGI , Montran, )

Role descriptions:
1. Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements
2. Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities
3. Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment
4. Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product
5. Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g. AI in Payments)
6. Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects
7. Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Payments and translate that into business Requirements
