Business Development Executive – Interior Projects (Commission Based)
JAI MAA MODULAR INTERIORS is looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Executive to help us find new interior design and modular interior projects.
This is a 100% commission-based field role with no fixed salary. The primary responsibility is to go into the field, identify potential interior projects, generate genuine leads, and bring new business opportunities to our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, newly built homes, apartments, villas, offices, shops and commercial properties.
- Identify property owners who may require interior design, modular kitchen, wardrobe and other interior works.
- Find new interior project opportunities through personal visits, networking and local contacts.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, real-estate professionals and property owners.
- Generate genuine and qualified leads for JAI MAA MODULAR INTERIORS.
- Share complete lead details with our team and coordinate introductions when required.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads into projects.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and local business contacts.
- Regularly report new opportunities and project information to the company.
Commission Structure
No Fixed Salary – 100% Performance Based
- Earn 3%–5% commission on successfully converted interior projects.
- Commission is applicable only when the referred project is finalized and the project officially starts.
- Commission will be paid according to the company's agreed payment terms after the applicable client payment is received.
- No commission will be payable for fake, duplicate, invalid or already-existing company leads.
- Commission percentage may vary depending on the project and lead quality.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Is willing to travel locally and do field work.
- Has good communication and networking skills.
- Can independently identify potential customers and projects.
- Has strong local contacts or knowledge of the construction/property market.
- Has experience in sales, business development, real estate, construction or interiors — preferred but not mandatory.
- Is highly motivated by performance-based earnings.
Freshers with strong communication skills and good local networking ability can also apply.
Important
This is not a fixed-salary job.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
