Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team . In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our conscious living products and services .
You will be the voice of KCL across digital platforms, translating our philosophy of wealth, abundance, and holistic well-being into compelling content that resonates with our target audience . Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with KCL's business objectives and brand values .
- Set measurable KPIs and track campaign performance against goals .
- Collaborate with the design, technology, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns .
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow KCL's presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) .
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content—including posts, stories, reels, and videos—that reflects KCL's philosophy and drives community engagement .
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact .
SEO & Content Marketing
- Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and visibility .
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices .
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and newsletters.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers .
Paid Advertising (SEM/PPC)
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms .
- Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets .
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to ensure efficient ad spend.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics .
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for management .
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies, and implement them proactively .
Brand Integrity & Community Building
- Ensure consistent execution of KCL's brand identity, voice, and messaging across all digital platforms .
- Engage with the online community—respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage KCL's online reputation and ensure a positive digital presence .
Qualifications & RequirementsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or a related field .
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including internships or freelance work .
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing digital campaigns is highly desirable .
Technical Skills
- Social Media: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) .
- SEO/SEM: Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Search Console, and Google Ads .
- Analytics: Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms .
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus .
- Content Creation: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage .
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Creative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
