Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products and services, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Meet doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other potential customers.
- Present products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders as required.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred (For Medical Device Sales)
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, surgical instruments, or hospital consumables.
- Understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare industry practices.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and support clinical evaluations.
