Job Summary
Master Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Marine Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting marine electrical, automation, and technical solutions to customers across the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, shipyards, and marine contractors.
- Promote the company's marine electrical, automation, and technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Marine Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of marine electrical, automation, navigation, or shipboard systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience dealing with shipyards, vessel operators, marine service providers, or maritime clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
