PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL, INTERIORS & FIT-OUTS

Experience: 10–15+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Civil Construction, Interior Execution, Furniture & Fit-Out Projects to independently manage projects, sites and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, execution and management of civil, interior and fit-out projects.
- Manage multiple sites, project teams, contractors and vendors.
- Supervise and coordinate civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of modular & custom furniture, joinery and furniture installation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, factory, purchase and design teams.
- Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, quality and costs.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan manpower and material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors and skilled workers.
- Monitor project progress and submit regular reports to management.
- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.
Candidate Profile:
✔ 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Civil Construction + Interior/Fit-Out Projects
✔ Strong practical knowledge of civil, interior and furniture works
✔ Excellent site & team management skills
✔ Ability to independently handle multiple projects/sites
✔ Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, measurements and execution
✔ Experience in premium commercial, residential, hospitality, retail or corporate projects will be preferred.
