Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Operations (Secondary Sales) to lead and manage our secondary real estate sales business. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in secondary property sales, team management, sales operations, and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the secondary sales vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Secondary Sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, channel partners, and investors.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Improve sales processes and operational efficiency across the department.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Secondary Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong leadership, operational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong understanding of the Noida and Greater Noida secondary real estate market.
- Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
