About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Slimming Manager to lead our wellness and slimming department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, handling client consultations, driving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent service delivery and client results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the slimming & wellness team (dietitians and therapists).
- Conduct detailed client consultations and design customized diet and slimming programs.
- Monitor client progress and ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and clinic protocols.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and package upgrades.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and performance trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Nutrition / Dietetics / Health Science (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in the slimming/wellness/healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of weight management programs and body contouring services.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
