Job Title: Graduate Trainee (GET) – Back Office
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To support daily back-office operations by maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with departments and learning dealership processes through structured on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day back-office operations.
- Maintain and update records, files and documents.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Enter and verify data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and other company software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts and Accounts departments for routine administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for daily operations.
- Handle filing, scanning, photocopying and document management.
- Support the team in completing assigned tasks within timelines.
- Learn dealership processes, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
