Vish Gyna Technology Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
✅ Connect with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
✅ Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
✅ Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
✅ Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
✅ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
✅ Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Eligibility
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
✔ Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
Language Requirements
Mandatory:
English
Tamil
Any ONE of the following is mandatory:
Telugu
Hindi
Malayalam
