Hiring Malayalam Tele Sales Executives – Bangalore (Koramangala)
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Malayalam-speaking candidates for an Insurance Sales Process in Bangalore.
Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Process: Health Insurance Sales
Language Requirement: Malayalam + Basic English/Hindi communication
Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls for insurance products
- Explain product benefits and assist customers
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets
- Follow up with interested customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales process
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
- Versant Level 4 preferred
- Graduation is not mandatory
- Malayalam speaking is mandatory
Shift Details
- Rotational shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1 rotational week off
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹23,800
- In-hand Salary: ₹21,300 approx.
