Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven telecaller who can convert leads into serious business opportunities. You will be handling inbound and outbound leads from social media and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and qualify leads from Facebook/Instagram campaigns
- Understand customer requirements (schools, resorts, apartments)
- Pitch play equipment solutions confidently
- Schedule meetings or close deals directly
- Follow up consistently until closure
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales preferred
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calling
- Target-oriented mindset
