Store In-Charge (Night Shift)
Location: KIMS Hospital Trivandrum
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily inward and outward movement of store materials.
- Supervise and monitor night shift staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections across all floors and operational areas during the night shift.
- Visit coffee shop and service areas to ensure staff are present and performing their duties properly.
- Monitor stock levels and check expiry dates of all materials.
- Maintain proper inventory records and ensure compliance with store procedures.
- Oversee overall night operations and report any issues to management.
- Handover all work updates and pending tasks to the morning shift team.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports using computer systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in Stores, Inventory Management, or Operations.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates retired from Hospitals, Hotels, Food & Beverage Departments, or similar industries will have an added advantage.
- Good supervisory and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
