Position: Business Executive (Nagpur)
About the Role
Prabal Motors Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Bharat Benz dealer, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Executive to join its sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new commercial vehicles in Nagpur and surrounding regions, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers in the commercial vehicle segment.
- Promote and sell Bharat Benz commercial vehicles to transporters, fleet owners, contractors, and business establishments.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings across Nagpur and nearby areas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to facilitate vehicle deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or equivalent).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in the commercial automobile sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Nagpur market and surrounding regions.
- Ability to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
