As an Operations Support Executive to manage and streamline various operational tasks, including account opening, meeting scheduling, report preparation, document management, and CRM entries. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Opening & Documentation:
- Assist clients in opening De-mat accounts, NRI/NRO accounts physically, and ensure all necessary documents are collected and verified.
- Manage documentation related to nominee details, SIP filling, bank mandates, and transmission processes.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements while handling account-related formalities.
2. Meeting Coordination & Communication:
- Schedule meetings with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Send meeting invitations and reminders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Prepare and distribute Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) to clients and stakeholders post-meetings.
3. Reporting & Documentation Management:
- Generate and maintain reports related to client interactions, account statuses, and operational performance.
- Maintain records and ensure accurate filing of important documents.
- Manage and update CRM systems with relevant data and client information.
4. Compliance & Data Management:
- Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain an updated repository of client documents and forms.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and validation of documents in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information securely.
- Knowledge of financial operations, banking mandates, and investment processes is a plus.
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
