3+ years of professional graphic design experience (real estate/property industry preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus)
Ability to create high-quality marketing creatives for digital and print (brochures, banners, social media posts)
Experience in video creation and editing (promotional videos, virtual tours, walkthroughs)
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite with AI or similar design tools
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to design real estate marketing materials (project brochures, floor plans, hoardings)
Experience in social media creatives and ad campaigns
Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and quality output
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
