Job Title: HR Executive
Role Summary:
An HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, attendance management, training coordination, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Post job openings and screen candidate resumes.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee grievances and support workplace relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment (for experienced roles).
- HR certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
