Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Work Mode: In-Office/ Full-Time
Role Overview
Drive lead generation and marketing campaigns, support sales and dealer coordination, and manage exhibitions and branding activities. Ensure smooth operations through effective handling of marketing materials, vendor coordination, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan and manage Facebook ad campaigns to generate qualified leads
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI
Analyze insights to support business growth and improve campaign effectiveness
2. Sales & Dealer Coordination
Act as a central point of contact for all marketing-related requirements
Ensure timely coordination for marketing support and material dispatch
Support dealer branding initiatives including showroom branding
Handle operational tasks such as dispatch management and data coordination
3. Exhibition & Event Management
Plan and execute exhibition stall design, layout, and setup
Coordinate with event organizers for smooth on-ground execution
Manage vendors for fabrication and setup while controlling costs
4. Inventory & Marketing Material Management
Maintain accurate records of marketing inventory and stock levels
Ensure timely availability of materials for events, dealers, and sales teams
5. Payment & Vendor Coordination
Manage vendor invoices and marketing payments
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and timely payment processing
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
