Job Description:
The Process Executive – Logistics is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, coordinating shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth supply chain processes. The role involves working closely with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance
- Maintain logistics documentation (invoices, PODs, shipping bills, etc.)
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and vendors
- Monitor inventory movement and update systems (ERP/WMS)
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external partners
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations
