- Supervise day-to-day CNC milling operations, ensuring machines run efficiently and safely.
- Approve setups, tooling, and first-article inspections before production release.
- Monitor cycle times, tool wear, and machine utilization to minimize downtime
- Direct milling operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.
- Act as the point of contact between operators and engineers for technical issues
- Enforce inspection plans, in-process checks, and final verification of machined parts.
- Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and customer specifications (critical in oil & gas).
- Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
