Job Summary:
We are hiring an Insurance Operations Executive – Surety Bond to manage operations related to surety bond policies, including documentation, coordination with insurers, and policy servicing.Complete training on Surety Bond products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle surety bond policy processing, issuance, and endorsements
- Verify customer and project-related documents for surety bonds
- Coordinate with insurance companies, underwriters, and internal sales teams
- Assist in explaining surety bond documentation requirements to clients
- Track policy status, renewals, and endorsements
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company processes
- Support claims or invocation-related documentation, if required
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduation in any stream
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in insurance operations(general insurance preferred)
- Basic understanding of insurance documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
